SOCIAL EMPLOYMENT

We are passionate about hiring people from all backgrounds as well as those who are socially disadvantaged. Working with plants is therapeutic and rewarding, and one of our  aims is to create a great working environment for everyone.

We want to encourage young ex offenders, BAME, young adults with a disability to our project.
